Mission Statement and Vision

Blue Grass Farms Chaplaincy, Inc.is an evangelical, Christian outreach ministry dedicated to serving the spiritual, physical, social and educational needs of all people in the Central Kentucky horse farm community. The purpose of the BGFC, Inc. is to demonstrate God's love in action by service to those who work on the farms.

Our goal is to bring the message of Jesus Christ to thousands of people and to help build the Kingdom of God here on earth. Our ministry wants to enhance the daily lives of the workers by using kind words, a listening ear, prayer and sharing scripture with them. By doing so, we enable people to have better communication between manager and staff; we bring social, legal and medical awareness to those who seek help to a specific service. We have created materials that help with the communication problem that exists with the Spanish speaking population that work on the farms. We feel that BGFC, Inc. is enhancing the relationships between employer/employee, parents/children, and husbands/wives through education, counseling and training specific to the industry's terminology in a fun and healthy way.

Our chaplains are ordained ministers who meet the highest standards of spiritual maturity, personal integrity, commitment, concern, education and training.
